TEC AUTOMATION uses the information you voluntarily submit through its website to respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant products, installation or services. This policy describes the current website enquiry workflow. It should be reviewed against the business's final contact details and applicable legal requirements before a public launch.
Information we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect your name, phone number, city, selected area of interest, optional property type and project stage, optional message and consent to receive a response. For fraud prevention, the enquiry system may process technical request information, including a non-reversible hash of your IP address and a limited browser user-agent string.
How we use the information
We use enquiry details to contact you about the stated request, assess project suitability, and manage customer service or related follow-up. We do not use the public enquiry form to process payments.
Where the information is stored
Enquiries are recorded in the TEC AUTOMATION lead-management system on the website operator’s server and may also be copied to a dedicated access-restricted TEC AUTOMATION table in an existing Supabase project administered by the implementation team. For the purpose of lead follow-up, the submitted details may be sent to the dedicated TEC AUTOMATION business WhatsApp account as a private notification. Information is not made available to other website visitors. Infrastructure, cloud, and messaging providers process information according to their applicable terms.
Data retention and access
Access is intended for authorised personnel who manage TEC AUTOMATION enquiries. Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed for the purpose of collection and applicable legal obligations. Final retention rules and official contact procedures must be confirmed by the business.
Cookies and external services
This initial website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The enquiry form communicates with the TEC AUTOMATION website backend and, on the official domain, may also communicate with a Supabase endpoint. Standard infrastructure and security processing may still occur when the site is accessed.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, please use the verified TEC AUTOMATION contact channel provided during your consultation. The official privacy contact address will be added after verification.
